A health form for overseas study probably requires an in-person examination. One would need to evaluate the heart and lungs, and vital signswhich is rarely able to be done online (you need the technology, which is found only on a few telemedicine sites)

Not on the free HealthTap platform. You need an official document that might have clear requirements such as vital signs or review of documents such as vaccination history that will make it unsuitable for a telemedicine consult. Would suggest your primary care doc who has access to your medical history.
