Facing Ur What-Ifs: We tend 2seek reassurance that the things we fear won't happen. But no one can guarantee that what u fear won't happen. Even talking about "likelihood" may not help. People often feel relief when they face their fear...When accept it could happen. Ask urself what bad things u fear will happen @doc's office. What if u were 2say "ok that might happen. I wouldn't like it but then what? And then..?".
