Past few days dry mouth and saliva is white foamy bubbly like. urinating a bit more than usual however im not thirsty at all. had physical done six months ago. fasting glucose was 92. could diabetes have come on so quickly? i have an appt with doc?

Diabetes can develop 6 months after your normal blood sugar result. Your symptoms are not terribly characteristic of uncontrolled diabetes. In any event I'm sure your upcoming appointment will include blood and urine testing
