Yes a doctor ASAP: The symptoms very well could be hard disease and potentially a pending heart attack. Given your cardiac history, you should get evaluated immediately if it's severe, otherwise schedule appointment with your primary care doctor or cardiologist very soon to get evaluated to ensure this is not cardiac in origin
