After a heavy penchpresses, i felt a slight pain when i lift my left armpit but the pain decrease. its only occuring when i do exercises or when i strech it. more pain when buttetfly exercice.. is it a slight tendon tear?could it heal on its own?

With the exercises described, it is likely to be either a muscle or tendon tear, which should heal within a couple weeks. Any strain via continued weight training will retard this healing process.
