Having root canal,had heart mitral valve repair and have annulaplasty ring prosthetic material so i need to take 3g of amoxicillin powder the box directions state mix with a glass of water until dissolved but leaflet says mix with 10-20ml of water?

The preparation of your medication may depend on the amount of water in order to dissolve it, but it the effect does not change as long in the end you take in the proper dose in mass (if 3g , just take 3 g)

Either amount of water is good as long as the Amoxicillin is swallowed and enters your body.
