Gp changed my clenil and sabutamol to fostair 100/6 and as it contains formoterol and i had mitral valve repair few yrs ago info leaflet warning says if you have valvular heart disease (which i do have)talk to gp?also can it cause sinus tachycardia?

YES: I think you will need a cardiac clearance before attempting to use this particular medication- certainly a dangerous medication in view of heart issues; however, has been used successfully by many cardiac patients. Please discuss with your cardiologist.
