I had a high risk exposure (unprotected sex multiple times a night) with unknown hiv status person mid jan. since then, i did 4th generation duo tests at days: 35, 50, 80 and 100 days + rt pcr and antibody at 90 days. all negative/undetectd. am i ok?

From the data you provided, you did not get HIV from the exposure. However, it does not exclude infection with other STD, e.g., syphilis, gonorrhea, herpes, HPV chlamydia and more.
