Recent possible exposure to COVID-19 may cause respiratory symptoms as described. Get a PCR test for COVID-19, even if you are "fully vaccinated", and if respiratory symptoms increase, go to an ER for an exam.

COVID 19 screening is recommended. Follow your asthma plan and since you are not well controlled, review your medications. An additional controller medication may be indicated. The imaging suggests mucus plugging, and a pulmonary function test is suggested. Discuss having allergy testing by blood test with your PCP. Watch for signs of shortness of breath, cough and wheezing.
