The best tests are the ones that draw blood because they are the most reliable if done one month after possible exposure. Other tests are not as reliable and can give false positives or negatives.

I had protected sex,after 10 days of exposure I done STD testing and result for syphilis came positive and after a week I have done the same test result came negative in confirmatory test. Even HIV antibody also came as Negative,why it was -ve before?
