I had protected sex,after 10 days of exposure i done std testing and result for syphilis came positive and after a week i have done the same test result came negative in confirmatory test. even hiv antibody also came as negative,why it was -ve before?

False positive results with some types of syphilis tests are quite common. For the "non-treponemal" tests (like VDRL and RPR), it happens with 1-2% of all tests done, which means thousands of time per year in the UK. It can also happen with the newer EIA tests. You can be sure you do not have syphilis (and not HIV either, if that wasn't a typo). If you're still concerned, discuss w/ your doctor.
