My ft3 result is 4.97, ft4 is 21.95 and tsh is 1.59. my uts result is normalsizd thyroid gland, complex nodules (tirads 2) in d left thyroid lobe, no cervical lymphadenopathy. what are possible treatment?

The reference ranges for your serum labs are needed before the numbers can be interpreted. I would speak with the doc who ordered the testing in the first place.

You do not seem to have anything that warrants a treatment. Talk to the doctor who ordered these test.
