Sorry to hear of this unpleasant experience. But there is no serious risk of any infection. People's genital areas have no more germs than their hands or anywhere else on their body, and fewer bacteria and viruses than the nose and mouth. Probably you frequently contact with surfaces contaminated with more bacteria than this. You'll probably want to use an upholstery cleaner, but no risk if not.

Germs require a favorable environment to survive just like you do. Those that could be a problem die when they dry out. I wouldn't worry about it.
