Have been experiencing severe persistent nausea & vomiting times 6 days. went to urgent care & was given zofran 8mg q12h. worked for 2 days now it quit working. what could be causing this . can't eat do to severe nausea & throw liquids back up?

Forget urgent care center and proceed to the hospital emergency room where prompt attention,testing,appropriate consultants & treatment are available. You'll probably be admitted for iv hydration as well as administration of antiemetics. Associated abdominal pain points to obstruction in the stomach or intestinal tract.
