Compared to a person who has not received any radiation, your risk is a tiny higher but negligible at this point. If CT can be replaced by US or MRI, it should be done because you are still quite young.

These imaging studies are unlikely to increase your cancer risk to any measurable level. You can reduce your risk of cancer by adopting healthy habits: Eat a mostly vegetarian diet, avoid alcohol, tobacco and street drugs, avoid excessive exposure to sun, maintain healthy weight, get HPV vaccine, exercise 30 minutes each day, drink enough water so your urine is mostly colorless.
