I taken a friend's naproxen for a while (i've had them prescribed b4). recently having abdominal cramps low roght side pain/yellowish stool. could l have caused damage? i know it could be other things also but could it be naproxen?

Less common than its side effect on the stomach (heartburn, indigestion, bleeding ulcer) but naproxen may cause colitis with abdominal pain and loose stool.
