Could be gallstones: 2hrs after we eat the stomach empties into the duodenum. ANY fat will trigger the gallbladder to contract and inject bile to digest it. A stone in the GB neck can block this action and you may feel a sharp pain on the right that radiates into back and nausea. Less bile causes stools to be lighter and increased fat makes them float. Go to ER if you have fever, vomiting, jaundice, or severe pain
