Complete combustion of propane results in the formation of carbon dioxide and water vapour. Carbon monoxide is a by-product of combustion when there is not enough oxygen to burn the propane completely. Even though there may have been a bit of CO, you were not in an enclosed area and were able to exit without incident. Try not to stand behind the forklift for safety's sake.

It is highly unlikely that you suffered any adverse effects from the incident. Avoid exposure to exhaust. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
