Fever symptoms: Fever and diarrhea may come from "food poisoning" , but ammonia odor is just a byproduct of rapid gastro-intestinal transit. If the diarrhea and fever persist, see your healthcare provider for testing. Save a stool specimen for analysis , b/c parasites can also cause these symptoms.
