Today at work i was measuring a home (about 15 minutes) they didnt have power. they had the garage door, front and back door open but had a generator next tot he front door with exhaust facing out in the field. do i have co poisoning? 6hrs ago?

No worries. You would need a enclosed space with exhaust fumes for a good amount of time to result in CO poisoning.

From what you described you are not at risk for carbon monoxide poisoning. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
