Doubt food poisoning: Food poisoning is not a likely cause of body aches and fatigue, unless you also have had nausea, vomiting, and/or diarrhea. The shared food with "lots of people" suggests there may have been several people around -- maybe a party? That's a situation very conducive to respiratory infections (colds, influenza, etc), more likely to cause "flu like" symptoms. Anyway, see a doctor if it continues.
