Your doctor who is monitoring you should advise you about the future course of action. To me it does not look like a serious problem. I am not familiar with the abbreviation USG...what is it? At your age, I do not think you need repeat testing unless your 'stomach issues' persist.

The polyp size you mentioned would not be a cause of concern. It could have fallen off on its own. There is no need to do more tests for such a small lesion that was not seen at a subsequent examination. Wish you good health!
