Shooting pain in both shins.i understand it is unlikely to be my sciatica.cant see doc for a week.what can cause shooting pain in both shins/front low legs? no injurys or falls but i did have a lump & bruise on r shin 2 weeks ago from unknown source?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may take acetaminophen, no more than 4 g in one day, no alcohol. It may tide you over till you see a doctor. Wish you good health!
