Hit shin very hard yesteday. have a bruise/lump/cut on lower left shin but pain in upper shin with shooting pain in foot/ankle/upper shin. do i need t be seen oor normal signs of bad bruising?

Watch it...: you may have a hematoma under the skin which is a collection of blood from your injury. It may also be pressing on a nerve which is giving you shooting pains OR it could be the muscle bruised in which every time you move, it hurts..Use ice, rest and wrapping. If it gets bigger, red or significantly more swollen, see someone.
