My son's head circumference was measuring 39cm at 1 month old and 35.5cm at birth. so 3.5cm more! should i get him head ultrasound now or wait until his 2 month appointment for another measurement?

Head circumference is measured in percentiles and trended over time. Abnormal changes must be taken in context in terms of prenatal and birth history, development status, and current health condition. Crossing two lines is considered concerning. During your well child visits, you may ask to see the growth curves (height, weight, HC). See link https://www.cdc.gov/growthcharts/who_charts.htm
