I have had abdominal pain for 5 months. i have done several urological tests without result. the pain starts when i bend over and is abrupt and goes away quickly .but the pain gets worse when i run or play football?

The characteristics of your pain are not consistent with pain from the urinary tract system so I wonder why the urological tests were done. Could you elaborate more about your pain during exertion?

Your pain suggests a musculoskeletal source, given your age as well, other visceral sources cannot be ruled out. Your primary doc should be able to further coordinate workup.
