Can acid reflux cause a sort of gas bubblein your throat? ive had acid reflux, but lately ive been having a sort of gas filled throat rather than my usual nausea. is this acid reflux, or is it something different? i have it in bed, like my reflux?

I think this could be a manifestation of reflux as it occurs in bed. In addition to avoiding eating after supper, avoiding spicy&oily foods, take pepcid or omeprazole and sleep with your chest higher than your stomach. Avoid alcohol, excess caffeine, chocolate & don't take aspirin or ibuprofen type meds. Your MD or gastroenterologist can advise you further.
