You are a 14-year-old male. Your muscle will heal in a tightened position to heal the injury. Therefore you are starting at a very shortened muscle position . You will have to gradually stretch the hamstring muscle out. Especially during your growing period. You will need to keep the muscle warm with Continue stretching will be required.
