I have finished my first visit with my primary care doctor and it says i am able to send them text. it will not let me send a message and pops up once initial visit is over and it has been signed i can message. how can i send message?

You need to call the healthcare provider/system for such answers. This site features volunteer docs who answer questions about health conditions. We do not have access to or information about the dozens of patient record/communication programs currently in use.
