I like: to make my first visit with a Patient a COMPLETE evaluation including complete History and a "targeted" Physical Exam ("Hands On") HOWEVER the more "modernist" Physicians rather make the first visit an "introduction" and more SOCIAL (often with NO CHARGE)...You pretty much have to decide which kind of experience you want and make it clear BEFORE an appointment is scheduled Hope this is helpful Dr
