Not so clear cut, as injections and surgery have been disappointing in many. Loss of grip strength suggests more advanced compression, and an orthopedic hand specialist may be helpful. Wear a wrist splint nightly, try vitamin B6 supplements, but do not exceed 400 mg daily. An EMG test will objectify severity.
