Chances are you: Have bilateral CTS . why guess and risk perminant loss of function ? splint both wrists at night for 10 days and then check your nerve function ( EMG-NCS test ) if you still have evidence if CTS or have muscle denervation on the EMG consider more aggressive therapy CTS release surgery.
