I was successfully treated for clyndamicin caused c diff 6 years ago. i managed to avoid antibiotics so far, but now i was told to treat small self-limiting infection in my nostril with otc bacitracin for a week. is this safe for me? thank you?

should be safe. It might be a good idea to have a culture of your nose for bacteria. There are other topical anti bacterials and you might need to know exactly what type of bacterial infection you have. See your doc to have a culture taken.
