Breast pain is usually not from cancer in a 22-year-old lady. There can be cystic changes in the breast which are common reasons for breast pain. The only way to get an answer to your question specifically is to see a doctor in person

Unlikely to be cancer. Much more likely to be an infection or inflammation of the breast and can be treated. Would see your PCP or gyn for examination and treatment.
