Im having pain in my left breast sometimes shoot to my underarm i'm not exactly sure if i feel extra mass or not maybe so could this be breast cancer?

Not sure: There certainly is a chance it could be cancer but i will tell you that cancer is usually not painful until it is very advanced. Clearly i would suggest that you visit with your primary care md or gyn, and are up to date with your mamogram. Hope this helps.

Don't speculate: If you feel pain and possibly a lump in your breast, see your doctor as soon as possible to check it out.
