Conception has been documented from exposure at any point in a woman's cycle, including menses. It is rare at the time cited and with the spermicide and plan B used I don't think you are at any risk of conception.

From what you described it is highly unlikely that you are pregnant. You may do home pregnancy test 3 weeks after the episode of sex.
