My period was 1/10. i got mirena iud inserted 1/22. i had sex with spermicide 3 days later. should i be worried about pregnancy?

IUD ?'s: With insertion of the Mirena IUD at about the time of ovulation, pregnancy is still "possible" but unlikely. The Mirena IUD also has hormonal slow release as an additional protection. If your period is delayed, obtain a serum HCG pregnancy test to be certain .
