I have a very painful red rash in my groin area. it has a foul smell coming from it and there's a red sore in it too. i'm not able to sleep from this hurting this bad is there anything i can do to ease the pain while i wait for urgent care to open?

It is probably more prudent to have expert specialty treatment, which may not occur in an "urgent care" setting. Get a referral to a GYN or dermatology physician for appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
