Vaginal Infection: Sounds like it could be a yeast infection or another type of vaginitis. Even if you are a virgin, there are certain types of vaginal infections that can occur. Go to see your primary care doctor for evaluation and treatment.

Itchy: I would not put peroxide of the area any more as this can be irritating. You may need antibiotics if there is an infection so you should have this looked at.
