Rabies transmission is not possible in above circumstances. Check cdc.gov, which has reliable information regarding rabies transmission.

Rabies virus is degraded very quickly outside the host. Sunlight, temperature, humidity all play a role. If the specimen were dry, it's safe to say it is non-infectious. However if still moist, it should be considered a true exposure and if it were definitively known the saliva was indeed from a rabid animal, my advice would be to get vaccinated.
