Possibly. Sodium bicarbonate or baking soda, has been suggested as actual treatment for oral thrush. I'm unsure as to how effective it is in eradicating it, but it may help to prevent it. Eating yogurt or drinking apple cider vinegar may prevent it.

"Thrush" is an informal term for infection or symptoms due to yeasts, especially Candida. Yeast infections can involve the vaginal area, anal area, the mouth and throat, and some times other areas. Sodium bicarbonate is not likely to help any of these. Consider a new question with more detail about your problem.
