I sealed in a bag some shoes i wore at the hospital 6 months ago and the shoes got dirty with blood/particles of feces most likely. i then opened bag with the shoes 6 months later to clean them and it had a smell. i touched shoe can i get infection?

Bacteria and viruses should not survive after 6 months on shoe materials. Furthermore, if your hands are intact you should be fine.

Blood and feces particles don't survive in a non- oxygen, or lower oxygen environment. Try wearing nitrile gloves when you clean the shoes. You can only get an infection if fresh blood and bacteria enter a open wound on your body.
