Other symptoms?: You are definitely right- one can have a pyuria ( whiteblood cells in the urine) or a bacteruria ( bacteria in the urine) but unless you are symptomatic (suprapubic pain, flank pain, burining on urination, frequency of urination, as examples) then your assumption may be right.
