Hi, a very settle and soft bump under my nose skin, the down part/right side/ dome area iam not even sure if this is a part of a muscle or no, or is it with me since i was born or everyone has it but iam worried about it can it be a serious problem?

What you see and feel is likely a cyst. It is benign and likely persistent unless you have it removed.
