I have been going to the chiropractor for 4 months 1-2x a week to help with back hip and neck pain. although neck pain is better back and hip are the same. should i continue to go or find another solution? seems to be mainly a muscle issue?

In treating ongoing problems, the rule of thumb should always be: if the treatment is causing improvement, then continue until the problem is resolved. If there is no improvement, you should seek alternative treatment methods through your regular Dr to see if there are other methods available.
