Your regular Dr can listen to your lungs, and if they find anything out of the ordinary, they can refer you for a chest xray. For chornic conditions such as Asthma or Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, a Pulmonologist can add further expertise.

Ideally the doc who examined your lungs before, either your primary care doc or pulmonary specialist if having one as they will be best to compare current findings with your baseline and in the context of your known medical conditions, if any.

It would be good to start with your primary care provider for an initial assessment and to ascertain if you need to see a lung doctor, and if you do, which sub-specialist. Wish you good health!
