I have been having heart chest pain. it is dull pain up to a full day or sharp pain lasting 10 minutes. i have had my heart checked out and it seems fine. i was born with a small hole in my heart and my t wave is inverted but they see no issue?

Best would be to obtain a second opinion as to the cause of the chest pain. Structural defects at birth can change, so another pediatric cardiologist might be appropriate. Some chest pain can also derive from inflammation of the lining of the lung cavity or thickened mucus from a recent upper respiratory infection ( "pleurisy").
