Having acquired Chlamydia, the possibility of another STD may have included Trichomonas, a protozoan infection which does have a "fishy odor", and is diagnosed best by a wet smear and microscope, or by a prophylactic course of metronidazole (Flagyl) . See your physician for guidance.

The smell is more from smegma than Chlamydia which causes a fishy odor discharge in women. Wash your entire penis with antibacterial soap and keep your foreskin and the area it covers clean every day, and you will smell like your old self again. Good luck
