Every first day of my period in every month, i do experience abdominal pain to the point that i sometimes vomit. it started in 8th grade and continued for 5 years (present). is there any way to stop this from happening?

You have significant dysmenorrhea (painful period). If possible, see a GYN doctor for ruling out endometriosis then you should be treated for grade 3 dysmenorrhea (pain with N/V). It seems you have the pain only 1-2 days so it is relatively safe just to take NSAID for only 1-3 days each month.
