About 2 or 3 months out of the year, i vomit the first day of my period due to cramps. it doesnt happen always. is it endometriosis or is it normal?

Vomiting: Vomiting and cramps are side effects of the prostacyclins made by menstrual fluid. It does not necessarily mean that you have endometriosis.
